BRIEF ABOUT THE MANGAGEMENT
This company has been started in 1985 to produce Zinc Metal Electro, but after the change in import policies in 1995, the company shifted it focus on chemicals. It developed inorganic salts like Manganese Sulphate, Manganese Carbonate, Zinc Sulphate & Zinc Carbonate. Initially started as a job worker for ATUL LTD., Ankleshwar for Manganese Sulphate, now a major supplier to ATUL Ltd. for Manganese Sulphate.
The company is headed by its dynamic and experienced Managing Director Jivanlal G. Shah. Experience since last decade in manufacturing led to a rapid growth in the chemical business. His vision is one of the key elements in the successful growth and continuous expansion of this organization.
Other three Directors are Mr. Basant Shah, Mr. Prahald Shah and Mr. Dinesh Shah are having very good practical exposure in Production, legal work, accounts & marketing. All the three directors are well qualified graduates in their respective field. Mr. Basant Shah looks after the banking & legal aspects of the company whereas Mr. Prahalad Shah looks after accounts & costing aspects of the company & Mr. Dinesh Shah looks after the production department and marketing in all over the country. There combination is also a key factor in the rapid growth of this company. All the promoters form a bonding team work which is a key ingredient for the success of the company.
The company which started with a total production capacity of 10 mt per month has now been reached to 7000 MT per year in total. This expansion has been gradually imparted into our infrastructure facilities as well.
This achievement was only possible because of our well- built infrastructure, far-sighted and approach in absorbing sophisticated technology and also can be attributed to our open minded modern management approach.
Our Manganese Sulphate & Zinc Sulphate is having high reputation in the market and widely accepted all over the country & worldwide.

Our Manufacturing facility is spread over 42000 sq. yards. of land in Chattral, Gujarat. Our commitment to a better world and eco friendliness is reflected in a green cover of over 16000 sq. yards.
We incorporate the latest plant and machinery to maximize plant throughputs, provide flexibility in operations and minimize environmental damage. Our processes are planned to the last mile and our plant layout incorporates this planning with a built in flexibility.
We have extensive facilities for testing of raw materials and in process produce is tested at various stages of the manufacturing process.
We follow national and international standards in product and process quality and invest in technology up gradation in a forward-looking manner.

To achieve this goal, we had installed several pollution control equipments at various levels of our production such as wet scrubber for flue gases and cyclone for ash reduction are few steps in this direction. We also get our Plant/Process checked at a regular intervals by a independent Test House approved by the State Pollution Control Board, to have a close watch on Eco-friendly atmosphere.
